Just the three of us. . . we can make it if we try

Aryana is currently 9 weeks old unbelievably. She is beginning to smile a lot more at Daddy and me, and she is beginning to become more active during the day. We are still working on catching her smile moment on camera.

Getting a little better at smiling!

She likes playing with her Ring-a-Links by grabbing them in her hand and staring at them when we move them in front of her face. She also enjoys playing with her stuffed octopus "Ocho" a gift Daddy couldn't resist buying at Babies"R"Us. She grabs and holds its tentacles and licks them when you hold Ocho up to her (future sushi eater possibly).

Ocho versus Aryana

She loves being outdoors. Anytime when she gets fussy, I will take her on a walk to calm her down or sit with her on the porch during the day.

Looking up to daddy

She is big enough to fit into her Baby Bjorn. In the evenings, Daddy will use it to carry her around the neighborhood on our evening walks. During the first time Lee wore it, his legs were really tired, and he thought that eight pounds was heavy to carry. "Now, I know how a pregnant person feels," he said. I told him, "That was eight pounds; try carrying 25-30."
